Return Policy

Ensurly Solution provides professional digital services, including website design, website development, and app development. Because our deliverables are custom and intangible, this Return Policy explains how cancellations, revisions, and service-related returns are handled.

1. Nature of Our Services

Our work consists of custom digital services and deliverables tailored to each client. Unlike physical products, completed design files, code, websites, and applications cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once delivered and approved.

2. Service Cancellation

Clients may request to cancel an active project by contacting us in writing. Cancellation terms, including any fees or partial charges for work completed to date, are governed by the signed proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) for that project.

3. Revisions and Corrections

We include a defined number of revision rounds in each project agreement. If deliverables do not meet the agreed scope, we will work with you to make reasonable corrections within the revision allowance outlined in your contract. Requests outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.

4. Monthly Service Packages

For ongoing monthly service packages, clients may cancel future billing periods with written notice as specified in their service agreement. Fees for the current billing cycle are generally non-refundable once services for that period have commenced.

5. Third-Party Products and Licenses

Third-party products purchased on your behalf — such as domain names, hosting plans, premium plugins, themes, or software licenses — are subject to the return and refund policies of the respective third-party provider. We are not responsible for refunds issued by external vendors.

6. Unsatisfactory Deliverables

If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, please notify us promptly during the review period defined in your project agreement. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve issues through revisions, adjustments, or other remedies outlined in your contract before any refund consideration is made.
